Walking the Small Town Walk

  • The best part? We hit the streets of Palatka as part of the workshop. This workshop isn’t just about buildings – it’s about people, community, and the incredible opportunities hidden in small towns.

  • Hosted an evening mixer that boosted community pride and brought investors and sellers together to celebrate Palatka’s potential.

During the workshop, together we drafted three transformative real estate deals, including a business-property combo, a mixed-use small multi-family property, and a unique, challenging historic building in a key location.
