A former CAO of YWCA Northwestern Illinois, she has led nonprofit mergers, secured funding for community initiatives, and implemented scalable systems.

Driven by a deep love for Concord, James is committed to restoring the town to the vibrant, welcoming place he remembers from his childhood.
